Giza Governorate in Egypt launched campaigns on restaurants, supermarkets and markets in the Talbiya neighborhood to ensure the validity and safety of food products offered to citizens and to control violations.
The campaign resulted in the closure and waxing of a Syrian food restaurant on Tersa Street in the Talbiya neighborhood, after seizing unidentified meat and poultry unfit for human consumption and in violation of environmental and health standards. The seizures were confiscated and legal measures were taken.
The Giza Governorate in Egypt had seized 450 kg of poultry meat, unfit for human consumption, inside a famous Syrian food restaurant next to the fence of the Tersana Club in the Agouza neighborhood last December.
