Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, who created a medical robot that helps surgeons and protects from radiation, said that its goal is to be in all operating rooms around the world, and the idea is simply that he was passionate about engineering and science, and was interested in that the work based on it would benefit and permeate the society that live in it.

He added, during an intervention with the media, Syed Ali, on the “Hadrat Al-citizen” program, which is broadcast on the Egyptian “Al-Hadath Al-Youm” channel: “During my doctorate preparation in England, I joined a research team with the aim of creating a robot or a modern device that helps doctors in vascular interventions in a more accurate way, and I am an engineering graduate from German University in Cairo.

He said: "The device consists of two main components, and it helps doctors perform surgeries away from radiation, and this type of device has a monopoly in the market, and we aim to produce a low-cost device that everyone can buy and use in operating rooms."
