It turned out that it will be held at the Tokyo District Court.

Former Deputy Minister of Finance Kiyohiko Toyama (52), who was a member of the Komeito House of Representatives, provided multiple special loans from the Japan Finance Corporation to support companies whose business performance deteriorated due to the impact of the new Corona, without being registered as a money lending business. He has been accused of violating the Money Lending Business Act, for example, as an intermediary for a company in Japan.

The first trial of this case will be held at the Tokyo District Court from 11:00 am on the 14th of next month.

According to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office, former Representative Toyama instructed the two public secretaries at the time and introduced the person in charge of the Japan Finance Corporation to companies more than 100 times between March and June last year. It means that he was mediating the loan by doing something like that.

In addition, according to the people concerned, former Representative Toyama received a total of about 10 million yen as a reward, so the focus of the trial will be how much the actual situation of illegal mediation will be clarified.
