  Chen Jinglun, originally from Luokeng Town, Xinhui, Guangdong Province, was born in Hong Kong in 1925. At the age of 17, he assisted his father in the rice industry, real estate and construction.

At a young age, Chen Jinglun lived up to his father's expectations. He learned by doing and quickly became an expert in these fields.

In 1950, his father died of illness, when Chen Jinglun was only 25 years old, and the important responsibility of director of Hong Kong's Guangli Rice Industry and other companies fell on his shoulders.

In 1994, with the approval of relevant departments, the first batch of full-time sports secondary school students was recruited.
