Belgium..a terrifying accident of a man pushing a woman to fall in front of the metro (video)
A state of anger spread in Belgium, after a man suddenly pushed a woman on the metro tracks, and local media reported that the man who committed this crime was arrested shortly after the accident.
The Public Prosecutor in Brussels requested an arrest warrant for attempted murder, and the investigative judge's decision is expected within 48 hours, and the nationality of the perpetrator has not been determined.
"An investigation is ongoing to determine the exact circumstances of the facts as well as the suspect's motive," Deputy Attorney General Sarah Durant said in a press release.
A young man deliberately pushed a woman onto the metro tracks at Rogier station in Brussels, and the perpetrator escaped by running through the subway tracks.
The video of the young man documents the woman pushing the woman in the back as a subway approached, and he ran away running in the opposite direction, but the metro driver's reaction was quick, as he alerted people on the platform, with an emergency brake, and the victim was not injured.
"The driver reacted very well, but he is still in shock and the victim too," said a spokesman for the Brussels-based community transport company.
