The day will start in the cold from the South-West to the North-East, with freezing fog.
The sky will remain gray all day from the Gironde estuary to the northeast.
There will be a few drops from northern Brittany to the Channel coasts due to a weak disturbance which will reach the Paris region at midday.
Snowflakes could fall in the Northeast.

The grayness will also be tenacious in the Val de Saône but thinnings will manage to develop in the Lyon region.
Further south, the sun will be generally present.
In the evening, Mistral and Tramontane will blow in their domain.
The frosts will still be strong from the North-East to the South-West, in the Center-East and the lands of Provence with -7 to -3 degrees.

The highs will not exceed 1 to 5 degrees in the Northeast.
