The pleading step by step of his three lawyers on Tuesday, who tried to trace the trail of a voluntary departure of Delphine Jubillar, did nothing.

For the third time, the request for the release of her husband, Cédric, was rejected this Friday by the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal.

Our file on the Jubillar case

Delphine Jubillar, disappeared from her home in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn, on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 and has not given any sign of life since.

Her husband, Cédric Jubillar was indicted for "spouse murder" and imprisoned on June 18, 2021. He has always claimed his innocence in this case without material evidence or a corpse.

But the prosecution believes that there are "serious and consistent clues" that lead to the husband.

The Jubillar couple was about to divorce and the missing nurse was planning to start a new life with another man.
