Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 12th that it was confirmed that 135 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
It is the first time since September 8th last year that the number of newly infected people confirmed in a day exceeds 100.
A total of 16,346 people have been confirmed infected in Nara Prefecture.
On the other hand, there were no announcements of people who died of infection.
