Actor Lee Chae-young's side announced that they would take legal action when allegations of habitual dissolution of companion animals surfaced, saying it was "groundless."

A representative of Lee Chae-young's agency explained, "It's not true. Lee Chae-young is currently filming a drama, so she entrusted her dog to an acquaintance."

He added, "We are going to take legal action against those who created and spread these stories."

Earlier, an online media reported on the allegation that Lee Chae-young habitually sold her companion animal based on the claim of an informant.

Reporter A raised suspicions that Lee Chae-young had adopted her dog Jackcock to another acquaintance.

When Mr. A wrote a comment asking Lee Chae-young how his dog was doing, he claimed that he had deleted all of the dog photos that he had posted.

In addition, Chae-young Lee posted pictures of dogs and cats in the past, but after that, she said that she could not know the news and raised the possibility of adopting animals in the past.

Lee Chae-young appeared in the movie 'Otazza', which was released in December last year, and is currently appearing in the entertainment program 'Korea Chicken Daejeon'.
