It is really cold this morning (the 12th). With strong winds blowing, the sensible temperature in Seoul will drop to around -16 degrees below zero. To show how severe the cold is this time, I left the water outdoors while I was on the show, but the water froze like this in just 2 hours.
The air is very cold, like in the freezer today. You must come out armed.
The cold wave warning has been expanded and strengthened.
A warning has been issued for central and inland areas of Yeongnam and Jeonbuk, and some inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, such as Cheorwon and Hwacheon, have been upgraded to a warning level.
If you look at the temperature, the current temperature in Seoul is minus 11 degrees, the coldest this year, and because of the wind, the perceived temperature is below minus 16 degrees.
The sub-zero cold will continue throughout the day, and the cold will continue until the morning of the next day.

Although the strength has weakened a lot, there are still snow clouds on the west coast of Honam and Ulleungdo.
Most of the time it will stop in the morning, but up to 15cm of snow may accumulate in the Jeju Mountains and Ulleungdo until tomorrow.
In other areas, it will be mostly sunny, and as dryness continues in the eastern area, you will need to manage the embers well.
The cold will gradually ease from noon on Friday.
