China News Service, January 10. According to the official WeChat news of the Tianjin Municipal Health and Health Commission, from 0-24:00 on January 9, 2022, 21 new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia were added in Tianjin (all in Jinnan District).
Four new confirmed cases of imported new coronary pneumonia were added.
There were 2 new cases of local asymptomatic infections and 5 new cases of imported asymptomatic infections.
As of January 9, Tianjin has reported a total of 172 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia, 145 discharged cases, 3 deaths, and 24 hospitalized cases.
A total of 478 confirmed cases of imported novel coronavirus pneumonia have been reported, 396 discharged cases and 82 in hospital.
A total of 474 asymptomatic infections (including 467 imported from abroad) have been reported, of which 365 have been released from medical observation, 51 are still under medical observation (including 2 local and 49 imported from abroad), and 58 have been converted to confirmed cases.
A total of 21,007 close contacts have been tracked and traced, and 2,831 are still under medical observation.
