The resumption of attendance studies in the primary and kindergarten levels in Saudi Arabia

Today, Sunday, the ministries of health and education in Saudi Arabia announced the resumption of attendance studies for male and female students in the primary and kindergarten levels, starting from January 23.

In a statement to them, the Ministries of Education and Health indicated: "The continuation of distance education through various platforms for students who cannot attend for health reasons."

The statement indicated, "the application of flexible operational models for return, commitment to the application of health protocols and procedures approved by Weqaya, and confirmation of the readiness of all schools to implement health protocols and procedures, in order to preserve the safety of students."

They stressed that "the decision is a result of the success of the return of intermediate and secondary students, and the Kingdom's efforts to reach high societal immunity."

The two ministries stressed, "the importance of community partnership in supporting the continuation of the educational journey for male and female students, both in presence and in an integrated manner, despite the Corona pandemic."

The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abdali, told the Saudi "Al-Ekhbariya" channel today, Sunday, that all vaccines approved in the Kingdom are of high safety, and have passed all the medical and ethical stages of their approval, and are used by millions around the world.
