In Yokoze Town, Chichibu District, Saitama Prefecture, the icicles made by the residents by flushing the water have been completed and are open to the public from the 8th.

The icicles were created by a local group of residents in Ashigakubo, Yokoze Town, to make them a winter tourist attraction.

I poured a lot of water from a pipe on the slope of the mountain, started watering it early last month, and frozen it in the cold of nature.

Countless icicles cover the entire mountain surface in pure white over a height of 30 meters and a width of 200 meters.

From the 8th, a viewing spot with a panoramic view of the icicles was opened to the public, and visitors were able to take a leisurely stroll and admire the natural beauty created by the harsh cold.

A couple in their twenties who visited for the first time from Tokyo said, "I'm overwhelmed. I've never seen such beautiful icicles with a sense of transparency."

The opening of the icicles in Yokoze Town will be enjoyable for the rest of next month after taking measures to prevent infection such as disinfection and admission restrictions.
