1. 4. Each sub-district (town) should form a professional transfer team and be equipped with sufficient transfer vehicles according to the community population and daily average diagnosis and treatment needs.
The registration of pregnant and lying-in women, tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, hemodialysis and other patients in the jurisdiction should be done, and appointments should be made in advance.
2. Optimize the diagnosis and treatment process
1. Personnel in the enclosed and controlled area: the community (village) will arrange staff or guide me to contact the designated medical institution in advance to make an appointment, and inform the person who needs to see the relevant information and related illness; after the appointment is successful, the day of medical treatment, apply for arrangement The special transfer vehicle is sent to the doctor "point-to-point"; after the diagnosis and treatment, the special transfer vehicle is coordinated to pick it up, and closed-loop management is implemented.
2. Centralized isolation and observation personnel in isolated hotels: routine diagnosis and treatment services are provided by resident medical staff; if it is really necessary to go out for diagnosis and treatment, the isolation hotel work team will directly contact designated medical institutions to make appointments and arrange special vehicle transfers. 3. Personnel in the prevention zone: go to the normal open hospital for treatment by themselves, or obtain online medical services through hospitals that provide an online diagnosis and treatment platform.
4. All critically ill patients (stroke, chest pain, severe trauma, shock, high fever, childbirth, etc.): directly dial the 120 emergency number, and at the same time contact the community (village) and isolated hotel staff to dock the 120 ambulance, which will be based on the 120 ambulance Contact the corresponding hospital for the type of medical personnel, and inform the receiving hospital about the management and control of the medical personnel; if the 120 ambulance cannot be contacted temporarily, the staff in the street (town) or the isolated hotel special shift should immediately arrange for a special vehicle to be sent to the corresponding hospital without delay.
After the diagnosis and treatment, the people in the enclosed area, controlled area, and centralized isolation will be picked up by special vehicles from the street (township) or the isolation hotel.
5. Designated hospitals: formulate in advance work plans for emergency and critically ill patients in the closed area, control area, and centralized isolation personnel, and set up green channels for treatment.
For emergency and critical patients whose new coronary pneumonia cannot be ruled out, buffer zones should be set up in the emergency room, operating room, and ward, and nucleic acid testing should be carried out while actively rescuing, and the emergency and critical patients must not be delayed or excused on the grounds of epidemic prevention and control.
