The Moroccan judiciary triumphs over the child Adnan and ends a case that shook public opinion

The Court of Cassation issued a decision confirming the death sentence against the murderer of the child, Adnan Boshouf, in a horrific crime that occurred in Tangiers and shook public opinion.

Al-Madani Boshov, the uncle of the victim, Adnan, said in an interview with "Hespress", that "the matter ended in the Court of Cassation in our favour," after the defendants' defense overturned the appeal ruling.

Bochov commented on the Court of Cassation's decision by saying: "Now we will rest something." He added: "We demand the implementation of the death sentence to deter such monsters."

In this heinous case that shook society, the accused was convicted of the crimes of "rape, premeditated murder, concealment and mutilation of a corpse, deceiving a minor, and violent indecent assault."

The news of the killing of the child Adnan, who was 11 years old at the time, caused a state of shock, sadness and anger among public opinion in Morocco, where voices were raised to implement the death sentence against the criminal.

He succeeded in untangling the threads of this case, and a 24-year-old man working in the industrial zone of Tangiers was arrested, days after the child's disappearance, on suspicion of his involvement in the "felony of premeditated murder coupled with sexual assault."

The criminal worked to lure the victim to an apartment in the residential neighborhood in which the child Adnan lives, and subjected him to sexual assault followed by the felony of premeditated murder, and then immediately buried the body in the vicinity of his residence.
