Cows with virtual reality glasses to produce more milk .. "Believe themselves in the most beautiful pastures"

A Turkish farmer has resorted to a modern trick to increase the production of his dairy cows, by wearing them with virtual reality glasses.

And the agency “Sputnik” quoted the British “Metro” website that a Turkish farmer named Izzet Gocak wore his cows virtual reality glasses so that they thought they lived in the summer pastures, after learning about a study confirming that the fun scenes make the cows happier and produce more milk.

The farmer's trick actually increased milk production from 22 liters to 27 liters per day. Kocak added that through virtual reality glasses, the cows view green pasture, which gives them relaxation, which in turn leads to them chewing the grass feeling happy.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish farmer, Ezzat, not only used virtual reality glasses for the cows, but rather played classical music to calm them, and he plans to buy ten other headphones.

This came after the headsets and virtual glasses intended for cows were tested for the first time by veterinarians on a farm in Moscow, and a study conducted on cows that wore virtual glasses revealed a decrease in the level of anxiety and an improvement in the general emotional mood in the herd.

Specialists developed virtual glasses to suit cows by taking human virtual reality glasses and adapting them to the specifications of the animal's head, and they also made adjustments to the color palette in the program to make it more suitable for the cows' sight.
