On March 25, 2021, the Comoros experienced a historic day.
The small Indian Ocean archipelago has qualified for its very first African Cup of Nations, which will be played in January 2022 in Cameroon.
A feat for this team, affiliated with FIFA since 2007 only ... Coelacanths with a strong Marseille accent: most of the players come from the Phocaean city, where the Comorian diaspora is estimated at nearly 100,000 people.
