【解说】1月6日，东盟秘书长林玉辉在南宁表示，东盟倡议发起《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)，创造了最具雄心、全面先进的自贸协定。工商界是区域内RCEP最直接的受益者，各国工商界应积极参与区域合作，消除RCEP实施障碍，确保RCEP以公正、透明、包容的方式实施。
【解说】RCEP工商领袖论坛当天在南宁以线上线下形式举办，林玉辉发表视频致辞。论坛由中国国际贸易促进委员会、广西壮族自治区人民政府、东亚商务理事会、柬埔寨总商会共同主办，RCEP成员国政府官员、驻华使领馆官员、工商界代表参会。
【解说】林玉辉说，本区域正在致力于疫情后的经济复苏，RCEP经过多年艰苦密集的谈判正式生效实施，恰逢其时。RCEP协定不仅巩固了现有“东盟+1”自贸协定的各类贸易规则，同时还涵盖很多“东盟+1”未涉及的领域，为中小企业提供红利。这一切都将进一步增强成员国供应链的韧性，推动经济发展。
【解说】中国国际贸易促进委员会会长高燕致辞表示，RCEP是东亚经济一体化建设近20年来最重要的成果。中国贸促会一直牵头中国工商界参与RCEP相关工作，与各成员国对口机构共同推动RCEP从谈判到实施。
【解说】据介绍，2022年1月1日RCEP生效当天截至1月5日，中国贸促会为全国18个省市135家企业签发275份RCEP原产地证书，主要涉及纺织品、化工产品、医疗产品、食品等，涉及出口金额1900多万美元，预计可为企业减免关税22万美元。

The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade has been leading the Chinese business community to participate in RCEP-related work, and has jointly promoted and witnessed the entire process of RCEP from negotiation to implementation with counterpart agencies of the member states.
We are willing to take the effective implementation of RCEP as an opportunity to organize more RCEP-related economic and trade activities with counterpart agencies of member states, increase RCEP promotion and training, provide companies with more precise and high-quality services, and continue to improve their use of the agreement. Effectively enhance the benefits and sense of gain for enterprises, promote regional economic and trade cooperation to a new level, and make greater contributions to the recovery and growth of the regional and world economy.
[Explanation] In order to make good use of the new RCEP economic and trade rules and deepen cooperation between the business community in the region, the East Asia Business Council initiated the establishment of the RCEP Business Advisory Council on the same day.
The forum also issued the "RCEP Nanning Declaration on Cooperation between Business and Industry" and the "RCEP Interpretation and Use of Electronic Guidelines".
