Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya City announced on the 6th that a total of 51 people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
The number of newly infected people has exceeded 50 since September 18, last year.
A total of 15,769 people have been confirmed infected in the prefecture.
