Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 6th that it was confirmed that 80 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
It is the first time since September 26, last year that the number of infected people in the prefecture has exceeded 80 per day.
The breakdown is 35 in Fukuoka City and 10 in Kitakyushu City and Kurume City respectively.
A total of 74,968 people have been confirmed infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
