At 16:44 on January 4, an explosion occurred in a household on the third floor of a residential building in Shuncheng District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, followed by smoke and dust. A large number of residents’ windows were damaged and fragments fell around.
According to a report from the Shuncheng District Emergency Management Bureau of Fushun City, one person was killed in the accident, and the cause of the fire is under further investigation.
