  Today, the reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Health Commission that in recent years, Beijing has strengthened its top-level design and continued to deepen the construction of the pre-hospital medical emergency system. The organization is mainly organized, and social participation is supplemented. The construction principles of unified planning and layout, unified command and dispatch, unified service standards, unified supervision and management, unified guarantee standards, and unified performance appraisal have clarified six aspects of work tasks and continued to advance.

At present, the pre-hospital medical emergency call satisfaction rate in Beijing remains above 97%, the service satisfaction rate remains above 98%, and the average emergency response time is close to 15 minutes.

  In order to achieve a unified call number and unified command and dispatch of pre-hospital medical emergency services, further improve the efficiency and service quality of pre-hospital emergency medical services, and build a complete pre-hospital emergency medical service system, in 2021, the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress gave a The Regulations on Medical Emergency Services have been revised to further clarify that the special call number for pre-hospital medical emergency services in Beijing is "120", and the expression "uniform command and dispatch" has been added to stipulate the implementation of pre-hospital medical emergency and non-emergency medical transfers. Classified services and management, for non-emergency, critical, and severe patients, inform them of the channels of non-emergency medical transfer services in Beijing.

  The Beijing Municipal Health Commission stated that the Commission and the Beijing Red Cross will cooperate with each other to fully promote the unified call number and unified command and dispatch of pre-hospital medical emergency.
