On January 1, 2022, the officers and soldiers of the mission unit of a brigade of the Tibet Military Region stationed at the border guard duty point at an altitude of 4,600 meters, ushered in the first ray of sunshine in the new year at the frontier battle position.
On the first day of the new year, the officers and soldiers of the detachment set foot on the natural danger patrol road, traversed glaciers, climbed cliffs, and drilled the jungle. The patrol trip exceeded 30 kilometers, and the altitude difference was nearly 1,000 meters.
