Today, Saturday, the judiciary postponed the consideration of a lawsuit demanding the daughter of the Egyptian artist to cancel the two powers of attorney issued by her to her father, to the January 15 session;
To submit certificates from the bank stating the name of the person who was disbursing the proceeds of the bonds in question during the years 2021 and 2022 and his support for that.
The court had decided to postpone the case to today's session before re-adjourning it again for two weeks.
The lawyer of the artist, Rashwan Tawfiq, said: Aya Rashwan Tawfik has filed a number of lawsuits against her father, preventing him from using his right, pointing out that Tawfiq distributed his estate while he was alive, and when he made an amendment in it, his daughter Aya did not agree;
Therefore, she filed a lawsuit, rejecting and nullifying the repartition.”

Dr. Magdi Mahran added to the newspaper, “The Seventh Day”: The reason for redistributing the inheritance is his fear of God - the Almighty - and he cited in his speech what God Almighty revealed in his Noble Book, where he says: “These are the limits of God, so do not approach them.”
Dr. Mahran revealed that the court began hearing the first lawsuits on December 4, 2021, and another on December 28, pointing out that there is a third lawsuit that he has not received yet.
The lawyer of the artist, Rashwan Tawfiq, directed a reconciliation initiative to the daughter of the able artist, Aya, and asked her to return to the bosom of her father and end these lawsuits;
Saying, "My father is waiting for you."
