Today, the Zhengzhou Anti-terrorist Standardization Technical Committee held an inauguration ceremony. This is the first local standardization technical committee established by Zhengzhou City and the first local standardization technical committee in the professional field of anti-terrorism prevention in the country.
[Explanation] This committee is responsible for the centralized work of standardization technology in the professional field of anti-terrorism prevention in Zhengzhou. It is a professional technical organization that substantively promotes the formulation, revision, transformation, adoption, and implementation of advanced anti-terrorism prevention standards.
The first committee consists of 21 members from all walks of life, universities, scientific research institutes and key enterprises in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital. They have professional industry technical knowledge and standardization work foundation. They are also experts and scholars who are enthusiastic about the construction of anti-terrorism standards. .

In our standardization construction, we must follow three principles.

[Explanation] On May 24, 2019, Zhengzhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration issued the "Zhengzhou City Anti-terrorist Prevention Management Regulations Part 1: General Provisions" to the public, and then successively promulgated "Metro", "Urban Water Supply", "Elementary and Secondary Schools, Kindergartens" sub-standards.

Currently, what is being formulated is a technical specification for anti-terrorism prevention in the medical and health system.
The establishment of this standard committee has formulated relevant local standards for all walks of life in the entire anti-terrorist field, in terms of civil defense, physical defense, and technical defense, and promoted various industries to better carry out various anti-terrorist prevention tasks.
