For this reason, primary and secondary schools in the three townships of Anning, Tunpan, and Ludong in Jingxi City have been suspended urgently.   On December 20, the public security organ transferred the case to the People's Procuratorate of Jingxi City.

The procuratorate believes that the criminal suspects Huang Moumou and Kou Moumou violated immigration regulations, illegally transported others across the border, violated the infectious disease prevention and control law and epidemic prevention and control measures, and caused serious consequences. They are suspected of transporting others to illegally cross the border.
