The main defendant, "Ahmed A.," 18 years old, said that he used to steal passers-by with his motorcycle, and when he noticed that one of the two students was holding her phone to talk to it, he hurried towards her while he was walking with his motorcycle, and hijacked the phone, but the student grabbed his hand, and her sister hurried some of his hand, but he managed He escaped, before hitting a woman who was walking near her, and instructed the location of the mobile phone that he sold to his 19-year-old friend, "Hosni", knowing that it was the proceeds of theft.

During a presentation session witnessed by the Public Prosecution, the two students recognized the "Helwan thief" and accused him of attempted murder and theft, while walking in the street. The 14-year-old student, Alaa.M., said that she had severe bruises and abrasions in the knee, while pursuing the accused, after he Her mobile phone was snatched while she was walking with her 12-year-old sister, "Sama M.," a student, on a street in Helwan.

Alaa added that the thief dragged her in the street and hit her with his foot when she caught him, and she fell to the ground with severe injuries to her knee.

Bushra, 59, the woman who was injured in the lizard accident, said that she saw the two students chasing a young man who hijacked a mobile phone from them, and she hurried to catch him, but the accused hit her with the motorcycle and fled from the scene of the accident, and that she fell to the ground, and she did not turn herself until after a number of young people attended They helped her stand up, and then she headed home.
