  On December 27, 6 personnel of Henan nationality lost contact in an abandoned mine in Jiangxian County.

After an exhaustive search, the six missing persons were found in an abandoned mine. After diagnosis by the on-site medical staff, they were all without vital signs.

  In this regard, the local city and county levels attach great importance to it, and the Yuncheng City Public Security Department dispatched criminal investigation, public security, cybersecurity, and technology departments to guide the handling of the incident.

The Jiangxian County Public Security Department dispatched more than 300 police forces and set up 5 working groups to simultaneously carry out on-site investigations, autopsy inspections, incident investigations, on-site order maintenance, and assistance in handling the aftermath.

  On December 28, the Technical Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Yuncheng City transferred 15 technical and forensic police officers from the city to conduct surveys on the relevant scenes and vehicles, and conducted autopsy on the remains of 6 victims. The relevant materials have been sent for inspection and died. The reason remains to be determined.

  The police conducted a comprehensive investigation of the incident by questioning the families of the victims, visiting the surrounding people, and inquiring about activity records.

After preliminary investigation, from December 22nd to 23rd late at night, Liu Mouyi (deceased) from Song County, Henan Province organized 5 other people from Song County, Henan Province to enter the abandoned closed mine without authorization, intending to steal metal. Lost contact was killed.

  After the case was filed for investigation, the police found that Liu Mobin, a criminal suspect from Song County, Henan Province, had invested in shares and Wang Mouli had participated in the delivery of supplies. Both persons were subject to criminal compulsory measures.

The police stated that they will speed up the investigation of cases and severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts in accordance with the law.
