France again crossed a new record for Covid-19 contamination on Wednesday, exceeding the threshold of 200,000 cases for the first time, after nearly 180,000 cases on Tuesday, according to figures from Public Health France.

On average, over the last seven days, 105,190 people have tested positive daily.
