Renowned American rapper Kanye West is passionately seeking a reunion with his divorced wife, Kim Kardashian.
Foreign media such as Entertainment Tonight on the 27th local time reported that Kanye West had purchased a $4.5 million (about 5.3 billion won) mansion located near Kim Kardashian's house.
Back in September, Kanye West got a Malibu mansion 30 minutes from Kardashian's house, but he's got an additional home a little closer to Kardashian.
His new home, a five-bedroom, swimming pool and stable, is said to have cost West $421,000 more than the asking price.
West and Kardashian, who married in 2014, faced their first crisis last July when West announced that he would run for president.
At the time, West exposed in front of supporters that Kardashian had considered having an abortion, and posted a series of social media posts encouraging controversy.
In response, Kardashian explained, "West suffers from bipolar disorder, so stigma and misunderstandings continue."
But in February, Kardashian started filing for divorce from West, saying that she "couldn't get over her personality differences."
At the time, the couple had agreed to joint custody of their four children, and they were also agreeing to divide the property.
In the process, West received a lot of criticism for releasing a new song about his affair experience.
Afterwards, West began a public devotee with a Korean model who is 22 years younger than Vinetria, and after breaking up with Vinetria, he went up to a concert stage and sang his song 'Runaway' and said, "Run Right Back to Me. More specifically Kimberly. Come back to me, especially you, Kimberly.)" Kardashian's real name, 'Kimberly', was added to the ad-lib verse.
Despite these public courtships, Kardashian filed a bachelor request in Los Angeles court stating that she wanted to change her legal name back to her real name.
Kardashian is also said to have signed documents stating that her marriage to West was irretrievably broken, claiming that much counseling and reconciliation efforts could not rectify the relationship.
Nevertheless, West said in an interview, "I have publicly done what I shouldn't be doing as a husband, but I want to change the situation. I wanted to be with the children as much as possible, so I got a new house. I want to go back to my old house."
On the other hand, Kim Kardashian started a new love affair with actor and comedian Pete Davidson, who is 13 years younger than her.
