Grichka Bogdanoff, one of the star twins of the 1980s for launching the first science fiction television show in France, died on Tuesday at the age of 72 in a Paris hospital, his agent announced.
"Surrounded by the love of his family and his family, Grichka Bogdanoff passed away peacefully on December 28, 2021 to join his stars," his family wrote in a statement.
Grichka was single, without children, unlike her twin Igor, a father of six.
On CNews, Michel Chevalet, science journalist, immediately paid tribute to him, in particular for his talents as a popularizer of science. Same thing on Twitter where the science fiction show Temps X that he presented with his brother Igor on TF1 is frequently recalled by Internet users. The presenter Christophe Beaugrand evokes "the sweet madness of the Bogdanoffs." So many disheveled interviews, laughter shared during filming for 50mn inside or at Les Grosses Têtes… goodbye Grichka, you will henceforth be familiar with the stars ”. While for his part, Cyril Hanouna said he was "really very affected. I will miss him a lot. He was a boy of incredible intelligence and self-mockery that commanded respect. I have crazy memories with him. I think a lot about Igor and his family. Very sad ".
On the political side, Robert Ménard, far-right mayor of Béziers, testified “In # Béziers, we had a wonderful time together.
He was fascinating.
"
Grichka Bogdanoff stood out for her unique physique, which he and her brother refused to explain.
"We claim to have an alien mouth," they said in 2010 without further details.
This physique has often earned them the mockery of humorists that Internet users shared this Tuesday.
