Grichka Bogdanoff, one of the two star twins of the 1980s, known for their atypical physical transformation and controversial scientific works, died on Tuesday at the age of 72 in a Paris hospital.

The Bogdanoff brothers were born in the village of Saint-Lary, in the Gers, on August 29, 1949. Their father is said to be a Russian painter of Tatar origin and their mother the natural daughter of an Austrian aristocrat.
They are brought up by tutors, in the midst of the 15,000 works in French, Russian, English or German in the family library.
They were made famous in the 1980s by their science fiction show "Temps X" on TF1, where they evolved in a spaceship setting wearing futuristic suits.
They talk about the train of the future, artificial intelligence, astronomy or even UFOs.
Launched in 1979, the program "Temps X" will be broadcast on TF1 until 1987.
