[Explanation] On December 28, the "Chinese and foreign art living room" jointly created by China Culture International Travel Service Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhongchuang Cultural Tourism and Cultural Industry Group met the museum·Shanghai Jing'an Pavilion to receive citizens and tourists.

As the first offline flagship museum of "Meeting Museum" in East China, "Meeting Ancient Egypt·Golden Mummy" was also unveiled on the same day.

  It is reported that "Meeting Ancient Egypt·Golden Mummy" came to Shanghai after the special exhibition in Beijing.

The most noteworthy exhibits are six golden mummies, from ancient Egypt during the "Greek-Roman" period around the 1st century AD.

The exhibition also includes 11 portraits of Fayoum mummies and 2 portrait mummies from about 2000 years ago, 12 gilded and painted mummified masks, 18 ancient Greek-style idols, sculptures, stone tablets and other treasures.

  Before coming to Shanghai this time, it had actually gone through three stops, namely, New York, USA and Beijing, China.

Everyone hopes to see these very rare cultural relics, but these cultural relics actually have their very special place.

The golden mummies were actually rare in the entire history. They existed in the late period of ancient Egypt, which is also known as the period of Cleopatra.

  [Explanation] During the interview, the reporter learned that the exhibition of these European cultural relics is a joint tour project between the Encounter Museum and the Manchester Museum in the UK from 2020 to 2022, so as to build a bridge between Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges.
