An effective method to let go

The practitioner uses Tibetan bowls that he places on the client's body in specific places, before making them resonate with a mallet.

Gongs resonate with a low sound or with higher tones that penetrate deeper into the body.

Thanks to massage, the brain synchronizes with this rhythm, and lowers blood pressure, which would release stress, tensions and daily blockages.

"We feel the wave spreading throughout the body", specifies Cécile Coumau who went there.

"The image that came to me when I was there is that of a pebble being thrown on water. You know, it makes little ripples. Well, that's exactly it. what you got in your body. And then at a very steady pace and really you just feel like wrapped up. It kinda kind of protects. "

A massage that costs between 80 and 90 euros for an hour of well-being.

Studies have proven their effectiveness

If there are any doubts about the effectiveness of these sound massages, know that some studies have shown that they have positive effects on mood and that they even slow down the heart and respiratory rates.

Some American hospitals have also started offering gong sessions to people suffering from depression and currently, CNRS researchers are trying to decipher this mechanism.
