On the morning of December 27, affected by the rain and cooling weather, the sea area near the Shenzhou Peninsula in Wanning City, Hainan Province was windy. Two surfers were unable to return to the shore due to undercurrents and strong winds and urgently needed rescue.
After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they used life-saving throwing devices and ropes to drag the trapped persons to prevent them from drifting deep into the sea.
Subsequently, a rescue motorboat was dispatched to rescue the two trapped persons and moved to safety.
