Many famous people have passed away this year and it is time to honor their memories.

On the side of the crowned heads, the disappearance of Prince Philip, on April 9 at the age of 99, marked the end of an era.

The Duke of Edinburgh had been weakened by an infection followed by a long stay in hospital which had occurred a few weeks earlier.

The American media have also turned a page in their history with the death of Larry King, a great television icon, who passed away at the age of 87 last January.

We continue this sad enumeration on the side of musical personalities with the disappearance of Charlie Watts, the drummer of the Rolling Stones, who died on August 24 at the age of 80.

Undoubtedly less known, it is Sarah Harding, the former singer of the group Girls Aloud who died of breast cancer at only 39 years old.

On the Hollywood side

The losses are also numerous on the Hollywood side with the death of Helen McCrory who had shone in

, or the disappearance at only 54 years of Michael K. Williams who played the role of Omar in
