[Explanation] Although many days have passed, when talking about his trip to Xi'an, Nanjing young man Lu Yuan still finds it incredible.

Why did he encounter an epidemic when he got off the plane, and then couldn't return home, and finally became a volunteer for epidemic prevention?

Lu Yuan thought for a while and told reporters that this might be a special fate.

On December 25, Xi'an ushered in a heavy snowfall during the epidemic, and a new round of nucleic acid testing was also started.

In Xiyi Community, Huancheng West Road Street, Lianhu District, Xi'an, volunteer Lu Yuan is about to start daily work.

A few days ago, he was a photographer who came to Xi’an from Nanjing to collect sceneries. When he learned that he could not go home due to the epidemic, he was a little flustered, but his calm personality made him recognize the reality. To go home earlier.

So Lu Yuan had the idea of becoming a volunteer for epidemic prevention.

Because there was an outbreak in Nanjing before, and the volunteers who looked at them said that it was very hard work, and then I was also infected by them. I also want to say that volunteers who participated here, and then searched out nearby street offices. They called me and left them with my contact information, and then they called me the next day and asked me to report.

[Explanation] The community currently served by Lu Yuan has more than 4,000 households with more than 14,000 people.

Community epidemic prevention and control work mainly includes nucleic acid testing, protection of households in quarantine at home, and circulation adjustment.

Although he is a volunteer from other places, Lu Yuan does not feel that he is special. Like other epidemic prevention personnel, he works hard every day.

Lu Yuan is one of our current volunteers. He originally came to Xi’an from Nanjing (December) on the 18th to travel to Xi’an because the epidemic is now stranded in Xi’an.

Then we actively contacted and communicated like this, and then recruited him as such a volunteer in the community on the frontline of the epidemic.

So in the recent nucleic acid tests, the guy is also very capable, helping us to transport materials and data verification.

Basically, from when do we start in the morning, when does he start, and the evening ends with everyone, until the end, especially capable.

[Explanation] Lu Yuan said that a few days of work gave him a sense of the hardships of grassroots epidemic prevention personnel.

Everyone must not only fight the epidemic, but also calm the people's emotions, and sometimes they will be complained and misunderstood.

A colleague secretly wiped away tears, but will continue to stick to the post.

Although he contacted his parents as soon as he was stranded, Lu Yuan hadn't let them know about being a volunteer, mainly because he didn't want his family to worry too much.

The climate and diet of Xi'an made Lu Yuan, who grew up in the south, a little uncomfortable, and made him homesick. He dragged his tired body back to the hotel every night. What he missed most was his family and the local food.

This kind of longing also supports him to continue to fight the epidemic.

I hope that through my efforts, the epidemic in Xi'an will get better sooner, and then I will contribute to the country, and then I will be able to go home and reunite with my family.
