On December 23, the reporter learned that the mid-term results of the comprehensive scientific research on biological diversity of Zhejiang Wuyanling National Nature Reserve were released.
The comprehensive scientific examination will be launched in June 2020 and will end in May 2023.
At present, 2371 species of 977 genera and 249 families of higher plants have been confirmed, and 3 new plant species have been discovered (Zhejiang Chutou thistle, Osmanthus fragrans, Photinia nigra), a total of 34 orders and 349 species of 103 families and insects have been recorded in vertebrates 25 orders, 221 families, 1308 genera and 2245 species.
