The French consume an average of 7 kg of chocolate each year.

A pleasure that they particularly like to share during the end of the year celebrations.

So, to meet demand, chocolate makers are stepping up the pace in their manufacturing workshops.

A particularly difficult exercise with the Covid crisis.

Lucie Bouteloup went to visit the workshop of Patrick Roger, one of the best French chocolate makers.
