On December 23, the Hong Kong Central Liaison Office held a symposium on "Hong Kong's Road to Democracy".

Earlier, the foreign ministers of the "Five Eyes Alliance" made a so-called statement on the election of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and groundlessly accused the election of the Hong Kong Legislative Council.

Fan Xu Litai, the first chairman of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, spoke at the symposium. She raised four questions about this: Does the Hong Kong Legislative Council have to have "Hong Kong independence", "self-determination", "speculation" and other voices that split the country? Is there a meaningful political opposition?

Are people who oppose for opposition a meaningful voice of political opposition?

Members who mess up the Legislative Council, obstruct the funding for people's livelihood, and make it difficult to make legislative work are meaningful political opponents?

Is there any meaningful political opposition in the Parliament of the "Five Eyes Alliance" that invites other countries to intervene, wantonly sabotage, and receive foreign funding?
