On the 23rd, the nucleic acid test of the Yuncheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention was positive, and the expert group determined that the patient was asymptomatic.
The two levels of Yuncheng and Jishan County quickly initiated emergency response, and implemented measures to prevent and control the epidemic through measures such as flow adjustment and control, precise delineation of control areas, preparations for nucleic acid testing of all employees in key areas, and the use of centralized isolation sites.
According to reports, the case is a male, 53-year-old driver of a large truck.
The flow traceability team at the city and county levels used methods such as inquiring about the case, acquiring surveillance videos, mobile phone positioning, and big data analysis to quickly carry out flow traceability, analyzing the trajectory of its activities, and identifying key time points and key areas. At present, the case has been identified in 9 activity sites in Jishan County, involving 74 close contacts and 218 second-secret persons; and 1 activity site in Xinjiang County, involving 8 close contacts and 34 second-secret persons. The 10 activity venues involved in the case were designated as control areas, 697 environmental samples were collected, and all the areas involved were environmentally sanitized. The business venues were temporarily suspended, and personnel could only enter and exit.
Jishan County has quickly opened 7 backup isolation sites and prepared 305 isolation rooms to deal with possible proliferation risks.
Yuncheng City reminded that the implementation of the "14+3" centralized isolation medical observation measures for those who have entered and returned from the middle and high-risk areas in Xi'an since December 4, and who have crossed the trajectory of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections; Inbound and returnees from other areas in Xi'an, implement the "7+2" home isolation medical observation measures, incorporate them into community management, and strictly implement the "five guarantees and one" epidemic prevention and control responsibility system.
