Alexandre Brasseur paid a sober tribute to his father, actor Claude Brasseur, who died on December 22, a few months after a stroke that had weakened him.

It is on Instagram that the one who followed his father on the boards and in the cinema expressed himself.

Posting a photo of his father, in black and white, from the back, on the stage of a theater, he was content to write, quite simply "Papa was a Rolling Stone", in reference to the song made famous by The Temptations, and which evokes a father who is "at home wherever he puts his hat".

Alexandre Brasseur had expressed his grief at his father's funeral.

“Death is sad, but life is beautiful.

God knows he loved her shamelessly.

You told me that your only small ambition would be to be part of the nostalgia for tomorrow.

I believe that all of us here are already nostalgic for yesterday.

Thank you dad !

We love you, ”he said.
