The team is led by Chef Bharat Sarkar, who is from Delhi, India.
He uses his expertise in reconciling modern and traditional Indian flavors to serve his guests with the good old Nawab taste with a modern twist. Each dish on the menu is carefully and lovingly handcrafted, leaving a lasting impression on your mind and mouth while staying healthy (you won't find any heavy oils and butters used here) .

At the launch, owner Rajesh Sachdeva said: “The Nawab Authentic Indian Restaurants have been the cornerstone of representing Indian food culture in Dubai since 1989 and have been a part of my life since I migrated to this area.
Later in 2017, my daughter and I decided to buy Nawab and bring it back to its original glory, serving Nawab poetry on a plate with its magical Indian flavors.”
