At the invitation of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government, a delegation of mainland Olympic athletes arrived in Macau today (19th) for a three-day exchange event.

  The Macao Special Administrative Region held a welcome ceremony at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port to welcome the arrival of the Olympic athletes.

  The delegation includes 29 athletes and 3 coaches, including Su Bingtian and Ma Long, who have achieved good results in the Tokyo Olympics.

  During the visit to Australia, the delegation will attend a number of activities, including: the flag raising ceremony for the 22nd anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region, a large-scale party, exchanges with young Macao athletes, and in-depth community and public interaction.

  Prior to this, the mainland Olympic athletes delegation held a three-day exchange event in Hong Kong from December 3rd to December 5th, which was warmly welcomed by Hong Kong citizens.

After leaving Hong Kong, the delegation completed a 14-day quarantine in Zhuhai.

The Olympic athletes insisted on exercising during the quarantine period. They look forward to sharing their experience and insights of hard work with the citizens of Macau during their trip to Macau.
