  From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 16, Inner Mongolia reported 4 new local confirmed cases, including 3 in Manzhouli, Hulunbuir, and 1 in Xinbarhuyouqi; 12 new local confirmed cases were cured and discharged, all in Manzhouli, Hulunbuir city.

  The newly confirmed cases 554 to 556 were all positive in the nucleic acid test during the centralized quarantine in Manzhouli; the newly confirmed case 557 was from Xinbarhu Right Banner which was positive in the nucleic acid test during the centralized quarantine.

After consultation with the expert group, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.
