The snowfall temperature in Dalian, Liaoning hit a new low since the beginning of winter

On December 17, residents of Quanshui residential area in Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, "fully armed" went out in the snow.

Affected by the strong cold air, Dalian City in Liaoning Province ushered in snowfall, strong wind and cooling weather. The minimum temperature has dropped to -8.5℃, which is the lowest since the beginning of winter this year.
