In late October, the Jinzhong Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government included traffic management around campuses into the ongoing "six transformations and one upgrade" project, which was led by the Jinzhong City Management Bureau.

Borrowing idle land plots around the campus to plan parking spaces is the first choice for Jinzhong City Management Bureau to solve the problem.

According to the traffic congestion situation, the developer’s idle land plot was used to build a free and convenient parking lot in accordance with local conditions, and more than 200 parking spaces were added.

At the same time, the merchants along the line were planned before, and the side stones were reduced, and nearly 100 parking spaces were added. It eases traffic pressure and facilitates parking problems for surrounding residents.
