More than 100,000 people were connected to the Vieilles Charrues site.
The problem is that a big bug has disrupted the reservation.
"A big technical problem disrupted the opening of the ticket office for the 30th edition of the Vieilles Charrues by preventing the payments of many Internet users", specify the organizers in a press release, who add that "the situation was stabilized and resolved around 11 p.m. Wednesday ".
Many people complained that their payment was refused, canceling their reservation.
According to the Seetickets platform which managed the event, "a big bug took place at the time of the transaction, preventing the call, verification and validation of payment between Seetickets, the ticketing provider and the banking establishments".
This technical problem caused the expiration of all pending orders.

“We are sincerely sorry and disappointed with this situation.
A bug of this magnitude is unacceptable and I understand the immense frustration of the public, ”admitted event director Jérôme Tréhorel in a press release.

The 30th edition of the Breton festival will take place from July 14 to 17 in Carhaix.
We will find on stage Stromae, Orelsan, Angèle, Vianney, Clara Luciani, Juliette Armanet or Feu Chatterton.
DJ Snake, Meute, Bob Sinclar and Madeon will also come to the Kerampuilh meadow this summer.
