Like everywhere in the world, African economies have suffered from the covid-19 pandemic.

Yet the continent's tech corporate sector and start-ups have apparently held up better.

Young African tech startups have indeed received $ 701.5 million in funding, 43% more than in 2019, according to the specialized site Disrupt Africa.

This enthusiasm confirms the continent's credibility in the field.

While investments are still concentrated in certain countries such as Kenya, Nigeria or South Africa, French-speaking Africa is also beginning to emerge.
