20-year-old Wei Lina is a member of the Lion Dance Club of Changchun Institute of Electronic Technology.
Three years ago, when she had just entered the university, she saw the lion dance performed by the seniors and senior sisters, and was “planted grass” by this majestic and lovely traditional folk art.
After joining the Lion Dance Club, Wei Lina practiced "Kung Fu" and finally became a "Lion Head" performer.
She has half a year to perform before she retires from her senior year. Wei Lina plans to make good use of this time to promote this traditional culture and let more people understand the charm of lion dance.
